Privacy Policy
Red Sheet-kun is designed to respect the privacy of your study materials. Study content is not sent to external services for analytics, ads, or crash investigation.
1. Information handled by the app
Depending on the features you use, the app may handle camera images, photos, PDFs, image files, exported files, settings, purchase status, app usage information, and crash or error information.
2. Camera and study materials
Camera images, scanned images, and imported study files are processed for red-sheet display, image correction, saving, and export. Saved study data is stored on the device. If iCloud is enabled, metadata and related app data may sync through your private iCloud / CloudKit storage linked to your Apple ID.
3. Purchases, ads, analytics, and crash investigation
Purchase validation may use Apple and RevenueCat. Ads and consent management may use Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform. Basic install and advertising-related analytics may use Firebase / Google Analytics. Product usage analytics may use PostHog. Crash and error investigation may use Sentry.
4. Data not sent to external services
Study images, PDFs, exported files, OCR text, page contents, file names, and local file paths are not sent to analytics, advertising, crash investigation, or purchase-validation services.
5. PostHog and Sentry safeguards
PostHog automatic screen capture, session replay, screenshots, and person profile collection are disabled. Sentry is configured not to send personal information, screenshots, view hierarchy, session replay, network tracing, or performance traces.
6. Storage and sync
Captured materials, imported pages, annotations, page settings, and tags may be stored on the device and may sync through private iCloud / CloudKit storage linked to your Apple ID. The actual contents of study images and PDFs are not sent to external analytics, advertising, crash, or purchase services.
7. Contact
Information you send when contacting support is used for replies and troubleshooting. Unneeded information is deleted within a reasonable scope for that purpose.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when necessary. Important changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
